Group Therapy

This 12-week Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed skills group is designed to teach you mindfulness, how to tolerate intense distress, regulate emotions, and be more effective in your relationships. DBT is an evidence-based therapy that has helped many people struggling with intense feelings and relationships.

Note: This is not a process group, it is a skills-based group.

  • Length: 12 weeks. Group repeats and clients may take group more than once.

  • New clients: must partake in screening call prior to starting group to assess goals and goodness of fit.
