Hi! I am a California licensed psychologist based in Redondo Beach, CA. 

I work with adult children of narcissistic, emotionally immature, toxic or neglectful parents. They grew up walking on eggshells and are trying to reclaim themselves and grow in self-love, acceptance and worth. I help survivors of relational trauma find their way back to themselves and find peace. 

If you suspect there’s more to you, deep within - somewhere underneath all the helping, people-pleasing, and perfectionism - but are afraid to live out loud and be your own person, you’re my people.
