Adult Children of Narcissistic Parents

Group Therapy

This virtual group is for survivors of narcissistic parents. Do you walk on eggshells and feel the need to people-please in order to "earn" love and approval from others? Do you struggle with codependency? Setting boundaries? Feeling you aren't good enough or deserving of good things? Scanning the horizon for everyone else's needs while putting yours on the backburner? Ready to heal from narcissistic abuse? This group is part psycho-educational, part process group, which means each week we will both learn about relevant topics (see below), and have time to process our experiences as adult children of narcissists. The group will also explore how these experiences shape our interpersonal relationships, mental health, and emotions. We will provide support/validation and learn to effectively manage our relationships with our parents, as well as others. But most importantly, this group is a space to reclaim yourself and grow in self-love, acceptance and worth.
